Snickerdoodle Berry Cherry Cobbler

Ingredients:

1 Package of snickerdoodle cookie mix
1 stick of butter ( 8 TBSP )
1 1/2 cups of sprite (or any lemon lime soda)
1 large bag of frozen fruit, your preference
1-2 TBSP corn starch

Place Frozen fruit into  bowl and add 1-2 TBSP of cornstarch. Toss until fruit is coated. 
Place fruit into baking dish. 
Sprinkle the cookie mix on top of fruit but do not stir in. 
Pour Sprite onto the cookie mix. 
Place butter, cut into pats, around the top of the mix. 

Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 35-45 minutes until brown and bubbly. 

*Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
